What data I process

When you enquire about my services I process only the data you share with me: name and surname, e-mail, phone number, wedding or shoot date and location, number of people and the content of your message.

Purpose of processing

I use your data solely to handle your enquiry, book your date, prepare an offer or price list and communicate with you. I do not share your data with third parties or use it for marketing without your consent.

Retention period

I keep your data for as long as necessary to handle your enquiry and provide the service, at most 3 years from our last communication, or for the period required by law (e.g. accounting records).

Photographs

I publish photographs of my work on this website and social media only with your prior consent. You may withdraw your consent at any time by e-mail.

Your rights

You have the right to access your data, to rectification or erasure, to restriction of processing, to data portability and to object. You may lodge a complaint with the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection (uoou.gov.cz).

This website does not use tracking cookies and loads no third-party content — the videos and photographs are hosted on this site itself.
